Particular expertise has been achieved in the provision of security-related services. In this context, Data Vision intervenes right from the operations by providing Vulnerability & Risk Assessment services and subsequently proposes necessary implementation services for antivirus, antispyware and Antispam technologies, Intrusion deetection, Data protection etc. Finally, to complement the operating cycle and according to the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) logic, it implements alarm monitoring and management services both at the customer and, as a remote service, from our offices

Specialized services for airport facilities

Data Vision is a leader in the provision of airport ICT services. Data Vision provides the implementation, management (Support, maintenance, and Help desk) service of the CUTE APC airport systems of the major Italian airports.
Data Vision also has SITA CUTE APC certified duty manager specialists for airport systems.
Among the services provided by the specialists we mention:
- Deployment of the SITA / CUTE Airport management platform;
- Operational Management of Server, Client, Network and peripheral systems of the SITA / CUTE platform including hardware and software maintenance;
- Management of fixed and mobile information points and their maintenance.
The activities are carried out in "outsourcing" mode ensuring the maintenance of very demanding SLAs, with hourly coverage on shifts designed to meet the specific needs of the airport management companies.

Systems management support services for DATA CENTER and Green IT

Data Vision designs, implements and manages IT, Security, Networks, Data Centers as well as Application Platforms, satisfying the Customer's needs both in terms of business continuity and in terms of support for growth.
The services are provided according to modern Best Practices (ITIL-PMP-Prince).
Particular attention is paid by the Company in the training and certification of its specialists on technological and Virtualization platforms, planning and allowing the reduction of physical servers, the optimization of the relationship between physical and virtualized servers, taking into account pragmatically the evolution towards the "green" IT and Cloud systems ".
Outsourcing and assistance services are also provided on networks, server architectures, PDLs, storage systems, security systems, business continuity systems, etc.
From an operational point of view, the services provided downstream of the design activities include:
- Management of basic hardware and software (setup, update, configuration), Backup, Restore and Disaster Recovery, Connectivity management (VPN, Internet access).
- IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and technological Roll out.
- Staging and Installation of machines: installation and configurations of new machines.
