Data Vision has developed particular expertise in providing security-related services. In this area, Data Vision gets involved right from the start by providing Vulnerability & Risk Assessment services and subsequently offers the necessary services for implementing antivirus, antispyware, and antispam technologies, intrusion detection, data protection, and more. Finally, to complement the operational cycle and in accordance with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology, we implement monitoring and alarm management services both on-site at the customer’s location and remotely from our offices.
Security Services and Systems
In this context, a targeted catalog of specific services has been developed to prevent malware attacks and manage intrusion detection systems.
Specifically, Data Vision specialists provide the following services: security assessments, penetration tests, and vulnerability analysis and remediation.
With regard to day-to-day operations, in addition to supplying the necessary hardware and software, the services provided include: design, installation, management, and maintenance of intrusion prevention and anti-malware systems (antivirus, antispam, intrusion prevention, etc.).

Since 2009, Data Vision has obtained and maintained specific certifications—both for the company and for its specialists—related to standard security technologies on the market.
Specialized Services for Airport Facilities
Data Vision provides implementation and operation services (support, maintenance, and help desk) for the CUTE APC airport systems at major Italian airports.
Data Vision also has SITA CUTE APC-certified duty managers for its airport systems operations.
Among the services provided by our specialists are:
- Deployment of the SITA/CUTE airport management platform;
- Operational management of the SITA/CUTE platform’s server, client, network, and peripheral systems, including hardware and software maintenance;
- Management and maintenance of fixed and mobile information kiosks.
These activities are carried out on an “outsourcing” basis, ensuring compliance with very demanding SLAs, with round-the-clock coverage organized into shifts designed to meet the specific needs of airport management companies.
System Management, Data Center, and Green IT Support Services
Services are provided in accordance with modern best practices (ITIL, PMP, Prince).
The company places particular emphasis on training and certifying its specialists in technology and virtualization platforms, planning and facilitating the reduction of physical servers and the optimization of the ratio between physical and virtualized servers, while taking a pragmatic approach to the shift toward “green IT and cloud systems.”
We also provide outsourcing and support services for networks, server architectures, PDLs, storage systems, security systems, business continuity systems, etc.
From an operational standpoint, the services provided following the design phase include:
- Management of hardware and basic software (setup, updates, configuration), backup, restore, and disaster recovery, and connectivity management (VPN, Internet access).
- IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and technology rollout.
- Staging and Installation of Equipment Fleets: installation and configuration of new equipment fleets.
- IT Inventory & Asset Management (Hardware, Software, Configurations). - Help Desk / Call Center (Service Desk): management of a single, multichannel interface (phone, web, email) for IT assistance and support. - Hardware and Software Support and Maintenance.
Software Application Development
It also handles support and routine, non-routine, and upgrade maintenance.
